Missed-call text-back — set it up in under a minute
Automatically send a text message to callers when you miss their call, using the same line they called.
When you miss a call, your dashboard can automatically send a text message to the caller from the same line they used to call you. You can enable this feature from a single card on the Automations page. No workflow setup is required.
What the caller receives: A text message from the line they called, approximately one minute after the missed call. For example: "Hi, sorry we missed your call! How can we help?"
The caller's reply appears in Conversations, just like any other incoming message.
