myCRMSIM Make (Integromat) Integration

Pre-requisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A Make (Integromat) account
- Access to the myCRMSIM app in Make
- A connected myCRMSIM account
- The correct Location ID for the required sub-account
- A valid phone number for sending messages
- Message content prepared for testing
Procedure
1. Integration of Make in myCRMSIM
- Log in to your myCRMSIM account.
- Go to Integrations from the left-side menu.
- Find the Make integration and click Connect.
- Make will open in a new browser tab.

2. Create a New Scenario
- Click Create a new scenario
- The scenario builder will open
- You will see a blank canvas to add modules

3. Set Up the Trigger
- Click the + button to add a module.
- Search myCRMSIM.
- Select Watch New Inbound Message as the trigger.
- In the Webhook field, click Add.
- A popup titled Create a Webhook will appear
- Click Create a Connection
- Click Save
- Then myCRMSIM login page will open
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
- On the authorization popup, click Allow
- In the webhook popup:
- Click on the Location dropdown
- Select the required Location ID
- Click Save
- Back in the myCRMSIM module:
- Confirm the selected location
- Click Save

4. Set Up the Action (Send SMS)
- Click the + button to add another module.
- Search for and select myCRMSIM.
- Choose Send a Message as the action.
Configure the Action
- Map the following fields:
- Phone Number → SENDER
- Message → MESSAGE
- Location ID → LOCATION_ID
- Click Save.

5. Configure Scheduling
- Click on the Scheduling (clock icon)
- Set the desired execution frequency
- Example: Maximum runs per minute = 10
- Click Save

6. Activate the Scenario
- Click Activate Scenario
- The scenario will run automatically
- It will trigger whenever a new inbound message is received

7. Test the Scenario
- Click Run Once
- The scenario will start listening for incoming messages
- Send a message to your connected number
- The trigger will capture the message
- The action will send an SMS automatically

Verification Checklist
After activation, verify:
- Scenario runs without errors
- Trigger captures inbound messages correctly
- Location ID is accurate
- SMS is sent successfully
- Scenario is active and scheduled properly
