As an Agency ourselves we used to offer up to $30 credits for SMS when using Twilio services.
With myCRMSIM we simply offer clients unlimited SMS within the price of our packages.
You may wish to charge a different way and could for example charge a flat rate of $50 - $100 for unlimited SMS per month to a client.
There are a few factors to consider when deciding how to charge.
- Does the client already have a phone and a plan you can use
- Do you need to purchase a new phone and number?
Think about your client, their usages and how much easier you can make their buying decision when you can simply include unlimited SMS.
Our goal with myCRMSIM is simply to be able to make it easier for you to offer unlimited SMS to your clients so they do not have to think about whether or not they may be getting additional charges every month.
