If your SMS account gets flagged your provider may suspend or discontinue your number.
If that happens you may contact them and ask to have it reinstated.
We have only ever had one number get flagged by an SMS provider when we made a mistake and sent 2,000 SMS instantly without using a drip send.
We were able to call the provider and got the number reinstated.
If you cannot get the number reinstated then you would need to purchase a new SIM card and number to get reconnected.
