Can I make phone calls as well as send text messages with myCRMSIM?
How will I make calls?
You can still make calls through the handset like you would a normal phone.
You are not able to make calls through the High Level application or use any of the IVR features with myCRMSIM.
You can still connect a landline number through Twilio / Lead Connector to make and receive calls.
If you would like to use the same number as you are texting to appear as the caller ID then that is possible by setting up Verified Caller ID
