Enable the mySMSgateway HL Devices Page
The process has two separate parts:
- Install or reinstall the myCRMSIM app so the mySMSgateway option appears in the HighLevel sidebar.
- Enable device visibility in myCRMSIM so the Devices page and its connection tabs appear in HighLevel.
Important: Reinstalling the app makes the mySMSgateway menu available. The actual Devices page is enabled by turning on device visibility for the correct sub-account in myCRMSIM.
- Log in to the correct HighLevel Agency account.
- Open the specific sub-account where the device will be connected and used.
- Confirm the sub-account name before continuing.

- Look at the HighLevel left sidebar.
- Find mySMSgateway.
- Click mySMSgateway to open the device connection page.

- Open App Marketplace from the HighLevel left sidebar.
- Go to Installed Apps.
- Find:
myCRMSIM - SMS, iMessage & WhatsApp - Click the three-dot menu next to the app.
- Select Uninstall.
- After the uninstall is complete, search for:
myCRMSIM - SMS, iMessage & WhatsApp - Install the app again for the required HighLevel sub-account.
- Refresh the sub-account page.
- Confirm that mySMSgateway now appears in the left sidebar.
- Click mySMSgateway to continue.
Important: Reinstall the app in the exact sub-account where the device will be connected and used. Installing it in another sub-account will not enable the correct Devices page.

If the Devices Page Is Already Visible
Continue with the device connection setup using the available tabs.
If the Page Only Shows the Running ScreenThe page may show a phone graphic with a green checkmark and the message:
mySMSGateway is runningIf no device tabs are visible, device visibility must be enabled in myCRMSIM. Continue to Step 5.

- Open the myCRMSIM Dashboard in a new browser tab:
app.mycrmsim.com - Open the sub-account/device management page:
app.mycrmsim.com/app/subaccount_sim - Find the same sub-account that is currently open in HighLevel.
- Locate the device visibility icon in that sub-account's row. It appears as a grey smartphone with a cogwheel.
- Hover over the icon and confirm that the following tooltip appears:
Devices will show on this sub-account's mySMSGateway page. - Click the grey smartphone/cogwheel icon.
- Confirm that the icon turns blue.

- Return to the HighLevel tab.
- Open or return to mySMSgateway.
- Refresh the page.
- Wait for the page to reload.
- The sub-account name.
- The signed-in user's email address.
- The access level, such as Admin access.
- A DEVICES section.
- The following tabs:
- iMessage
- Android / SIM
- No WhatsApp number is connected yet.
- A blue Connect WhatsApp button.

Step | Purpose |

- Confirm that the myCRMSIM app was installed in the correct HighLevel sub-account.
- Confirm that the myCRMSIM device-visibility icon is blue.
- Confirm that the HighLevel page is open for the same sub-account selected in myCRMSIM.
- Refresh the HighLevel page again.
- Sign out and sign back in if the mySMSGateway is running screen remains.
- Reopen mySMSgateway from the HighLevel sidebar.
- Confirm that the DEVICES section and its three tabs are now visible.
- mySMSgateway is visible in the HighLevel sidebar.
- The myCRMSIM device-visibility icon is blue for the correct sub-account.
- The HighLevel page shows the DEVICES section.
- The WhatsApp, iMessage, and Android / SIM tabs are visible.
- The Connect WhatsApp button is available when no WhatsApp number is connected.
