How to Remove the myCRMSIM App Integration from your High Level Agency

This article guides you through the process of removing or disconnecting the MyCRMSIM SMS/MMS app integration from your HighLevel agency or selected sub-accounts. 


 ✅ When to Use This: 

  • You want to disconnect the MyCRMSIM app from your entire agency. 
  • You want to remove the integration from specific sub-accounts. 
  • You're planning to switch agencies or clean up unused integrations. 


 🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions: 


1. Log into Your HighLevel Account 

  • Ensure you are logged into your agency-level view in HighLevel. 


 2. Access the App Marketplace 

  • Navigate to the "App Marketplace" from the left-hand menu. 
  • Click on "Installed Apps". 


 3. Locate the MyCRMSIM SMS/MMS App 

  • Look for the app named "MyCRMSIM SMS/MMS" in your list of installed apps. 


4. Initiate Uninstallation 

  • Click on the "Uninstall" button. 
  • Note: The first click will not remove the app immediately. 
  • Click the three dots (more options) next to the app and select "Uninstall" again. 


5. Select Scope of Removal 

  • You will be prompted to choose whether to: 
  • Disconnect from the entire agency, or
    Remove from specific sub-accounts only. Select your preferred option by checking the relevant sub-accounts. 


6. Complete the Uninstallation 

  • Click "Continue" to confirm and complete the removal. 


7. Verify Removal Refresh your HighLevel page. 

  • You should now see the option to reintegrate the MyCRMSIM app if needed. 
  • To reinstall, follow the integration install guide.
