How to trouble shoot remotely
If your client has the phone in their possession it can be difficult to ensure that everything is setup correctly and/or to troubleshoot with them if there are issues.
For this reason we recommend using Zoho Assist to connect remotely to the Android phone.
With Zoho Assist you can send an SMS to your client inviting them to download the remote app and then access and control the android phone from your desktop.
This can save hours in trouble shooting and asking questions as this way you can see directly what is happening on the clients phone.
If you are setting phones up for your client and then sending them out we would recommend installing Zoho Assist before sending out the phone.
