Setting Up Your Android Device with MyCRMSIM SMS Gateway
⚠️ Important: Disable RCS when using the myCRMSIM smsgateway app for SMS. Incoming RCS messages cannot be received by the app. Turning off RCS ensures messages fall back to SMS and sync correctly with myCRMSIM and your CRM.

2. Tap your **profile icon** (top right).
3. Go to **Play Protect**.
4. Turn **OFF** all Play Protect settings.
