✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

📌 Step 1: Open the “Voicemail Drop” Workflow

Inside your myCRMSIM workflows, find:

This is your starting template — you can customize it however you like.

🎙 Step 2: Upload Your Voicemail Recording

Inside the workflow:

• Find the Voicemail action step

• Upload your MP3 recording (the message you want to leave on voicemail)

💡 Keep it short, clear, and natural — like a real missed call.

Example:

“Hey it’s {{user.first_name}} from {{location.name}}, sorry I missed you! Just wanted to touch base — give me a call back when you get a chance.”

🛠 Step 3: Customize Optional Steps

After the voicemail is dropped:

1. 📝 Add a Note to the contact:

   “Voicemail dropped on {{today’s date}}”

2. 👤 Assign to a user (optional)

3. 📲 Send follow-up SMS (Optional but recommended)

   “Hey {{contact.first_name}}, just tried calling and left you a quick voicemail — I’ll follow up next week if I don’t hear from you.
   – {{user.first_name}}, {{location.name}}”

4. ⏱ Wait a few seconds between steps to simulate real behavior
