HubSpot Integration with myCRMSIM
Overview
This guide explains how to integrate HubSpot with myCRMSIM, connect your HubSpot sub-account, assign a messaging device, and configure message routing.
Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you have:
- A HubSpot account
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional Plan ($90/month) enabled. Pricing may change over time, so please verify it from the official HubSpot pricing page: https://www.hubspot.com/pricing/sales
- Access to myCRMSIM.
- A connected messaging device (SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or RCS)
Step 1: Integrate HubSpot with myCRMSIM
- Go to the Integrations page in myCRMSIM.
- Scroll to HubSpot and click Connect.
- Select your HubSpot account and click Choose Account.
- Review the authorization permissions, scroll down, and click Connect app.
- Wait while the integration is finalized.

Step 2: Verify Companies in HubSpot
- Open your HubSpot dashboard.
- From the left sidebar, navigate to:
CRM → Companies - Ensure your companies are visible.
- There should be at least one company listed.
- If no company exists, click Add Company to create one.
- Also, make sure you are using the correct HubSpot account.

Step 3: Connect Your HubSpot Sub-Account
- In myCRMSIM, navigate to the Subaccount SIM page.
- Click Connect Location.
- Search for and select your HubSpot company.
- Enable the Connected toggle.

Final Result
✅ HubSpot is successfully integrated with myCRMSIM.
✅ Your HubSpot sub-account is connected.
✅ Your HubSpot sub-account is connected.
