We are dedicated to supporting you to the best of our abilities. Our support desk is continually expanding with more resources, and you are welcome to join our group or one-on-one calls at any time. Additionally, we encourage you to participate in our Private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, stay updated, and connect with fellow users.
What We Cannot Directly Support:
We regret that we are unable to provide direct support to your customers. Should you encounter any issues requiring assistance, please reach out to us, and we will gladly lend our support. However, managing support for your customers directly is not feasible due to the volume of sub-accounts utilizing myCRMSIM.
If you find yourself needing to assist your customers, please follow our troubleshooting tips and endeavor to gain remote access to their devices if necessary. Should further assistance be required, do not hesitate to contact us directly, and we will ensure your customers' satisfaction.
Limitations on External Support:
Regrettably, we are unable to provide support for external software or applications beyond myCRMSIM. While we will endeavor to assist with issues related to platforms like High Level or the Android OS, resolution may necessitate seeking support from other parties. We encourage you to utilize our Facebook Group to inquire about similar issues, fostering a collaborative environment for mutual benefit.
