RCS Setting

If you're using the myCRMSIM smsgateway app for SMS, please disable RCS on your Android device. The smsgateway app cannot read incoming RCS messages, so if RCS remains enabled, those messages will be delivered to Google Messages instead of the SMS Gateway app and will not sync with myCRMSIM. Disabling RCS forces incoming messages to fall back to SMS, ensuring they are received by the SMS Gateway app and synced correctly with myCRMSIM.

If you are using an eSIM from another country to send and receive SMS over WIFI then you will need to have RCS switched on and can use out RCS Plan instead.

In order to change RCS:

1. On your device, open Google Messages .
2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or icon Messages settings.
3. Tap RCS chats.
4. Turn RCS chats on or off.
