How to Delete Bulk Queued Messages
You should also have access to the SMSGateway App on the connected mobile device so the local app queue can be cleared before deleting queued messages from the dashboard.

Step 2 — Clear Queue from SMSGateway App
Before deleting queued messages from the dashboard, you should also clear the queue from the SMSGateway App.
1. Open Queue Control

2. Clear All Queued Messages

Important:
This action cannot be undone. Once you tap Clear All, the queued messages will be cancelled and will not be sent.
- If you are managing multiple subaccounts, you must first isolate the messages for the specific account you want to clear.
- Click the Subaccounts dropdown on the far right of the filter bar and select the target subaccount.
- The table will refresh to show only messages from that account.

- To ensure you are only targeting messages that have not yet been sent, click the Status dropdown and select Queued.
- The table will refresh to display only the pending messages waiting to be dispatched.
- The available status options include: Sent, Queued, Delivered, Replies, Pending, Failed, and Scheduled.

- Click the master checkbox in the top-left corner of the table header row.
- This selects all visible messages on the current page.
- Once selected, a yellow action bar will slide up from the bottom of the screen, displaying the total count of selected rows (e.g., "7 selected") alongside two action buttons: Delete and Remove from Schedule.

- Click the Delete button (trash can icon) in the bottom action bar.
- A small dropdown menu will appear with two options:
Option | What it does |
Delete selected (n) | Deletes only the rows currently checked on the visible page. |
Delete all (filtered) | Deletes everything matching your active filter criteria — including messages on all subsequent pages, not just the current view. |
- Select Delete all (filtered) to clear the entire queue matching your filters.
Tip:

- A confirmation modal titled "Confirm Delete (All filtered)" will appear with the following warning:
- "Are you sure you want to delete ALL messages in the current filtered view: Queued, subaccount? This action cannot be undone."
- The modal contains two buttons:
Button | Action |
Cancel | Closes the modal without deleting anything. |
Delete all (red) | Permanently deletes all messages matching the active filters. |
- Click the red Delete all button only if you are certain you want to proceed.

- The active filter context (e.g., Filter: Queued, subaccount)
- A Gathering messages progress bar
- A Deleting progress bar showing the count (e.g., 7 / 7)
A Stop button is available if you need to halt the process mid-way.

- Once the process finishes, a green success notification will appear at the top of the screen (e.g., "Deleted 7 messages.").
- The modal will update to show "Messages deleted" with a blue Close button.
- After closing the modal, the Message Logs table will be empty under your active filters, confirming that all bulk queued messages have been permanently deleted.
