How to Search, Filter & Download Messages in myCRMSIM

This SOP outlines how to effectively navigate the Messages section of the myCRMSIM dashboard to search, filter, and download message records.
🔐 Step 1: Access the Messages Section

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Messages in the left-hand menu.

🧰 Step 2: Use Filtering Options


Once in the Messages section, you’ll see multiple filter options at the top of the page to help you narrow down your message list.
🗂 Filter By:

  • Keyword Search
  • You can perform a keyword search across all messages.

    1. Enter any text (e.g., "lume") in the search bar at the top.
    2. Results will display any messages containing that keyword.
    • Message Status

      Filter by:
      • Sent
      • Queued
      • Delivered
      • Replies
      • Pending
      • Failed
      • Scheduled

    • Message Type

      Choose from:
      • SMS
      • MMS
      • iMessage
      • WhatsApp

    • Sub-Account

      If using multiple sub-accounts, select the relevant one.

    • Mobile Number

      Enter a mobile number to view messages sent to or from that number.

    • Date Range

      Choose a custom start and end date to display messages within a specific timeframe.



      📥 Step 3: Select and Download Messages


      1. Click the checkboxes next to the messages you want to download.
        Or use Select All to choose all messages in the list.
      2. Once selected, a toolbar will appear at the bottom with options to:
        • Retry Messages
        • Delete
        • Remove from Schedule
        • Download
      3. Click on Download.
      4. After processing, a CSV file will be generated for download.
      5. Save the file to your computer or cloud drive.

      Using the Messages area in myCRMSIM, you can:

      • 🔍 Search by keyword
      • 🗂 Filter by status, type, sub-account, number, and date
      • 📁 Download messages as a CSV file
      • 🧹 Manage messages with retry/delete/schedule removal options
