This SOP outlines exactly what you need to do—from selecting the right plan and hardware, to warming up your SIMs, writing compliant messages, and setting up automated workflows.

If you're using Android for SMS, please disable RCS, as incoming RCS messages cannot be read by the myCRMSIM SMS Gateway app. Disabling RCS ensures messages fall back to SMS so they can be received correctly. How to Disable RCS.

  • Create your workflow actions from the Automations page and thoroughly test your AI Agent before turning it ON.

    Start slow: 1 message every 5–7 minutes, then increase gradually.

    • Max rates:

      • SMS & WhatsApp: 1 msg/minute

      • RCS:1 msg/minute
